Ingredients 4 tbsp. Tarter Sauce (from Supermarket) 4 tbsp. Melted butter 1/2 tsp. MSG (Accent)
Directions Melt together over low heat Fork Smooth Half, Double or Triple recipe as necessary

Ingredients 1/2 cup butter 1 tbsp. Tomato Paste Water or milk to thin 1/2 tsp. Accent
Directions Melt together over low heat Fork Smooth Half, Double or Triple recipe as necessary

Sauce #3
Ingredients 1/2 cup butter 1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard Water or milk to thin 1/2 tsp. Accent
Directions Melt together over low heat Fork Smooth Half, Double or Triple recipe as necessary
Sauce #4
Ingredients 6 tbsp. Mayonnaise 1 tsp. Melted butter 1/2 tsp. Dijon (or your choice) Mustard 1/2 tsp. MSG (Accent)

Ingredients 1/2 cup Marmalade or Apricot jelly or jam 2 tbsp. Melted butter 2 (or more) tbsp. Water or milk to thin 1/2 tsp. MSG (Accent)

Sauce #6 - Beurre Blanc, the easiest of all
Ingredients 1 cup butter
Directions Melt butter. Skim foam off top. Leave milk solids on bottom. Scoop out clarified butter
